The new Performance Series Hybridboard – the perfect fusion of design and innovation
The SCUBAJET Performance Series Hybridboard is designed to provide a unique and thrilling experience to water sports enthusiasts in a combination that has not been seen before. It is the world’s 1st jet-driven multipurpose Hybridboard, designed to ignite two disciplines – e-foiling and e-surfing – in one single board.
The SCUBAJET Hybridboard is unparalleled in its class, packed with innovative features that set it apart from any other board in the industry. It boasts a versatile jet nozzle, which can be fastened onto the board for thrilling e-surfing experiences, or seamlessly integrated into the wing for e-foiling adventures. It further proves its versatility through the Quick Release System (QRS), which allows the Hybridboard to transition smoothly from an E-Foil to a Jetboard with just a few movements. There are no tools and screws needed for the entire board, it’s a plug and play system. Therefore, swapping between different wings takes only seconds too.
It’s also the first waterjet system compatible with the Apple Watch and the outstanding technology even provides the most extended runtime for an E-Foil and E-Jetboard.
The design process of the SCUBAJET Performance Series Hybridboard was a collaborative effort between the company’s design team, engineers, and product specialists starting back in 2020. The brand-new Performance Series launch was earlier this year and it is not only envisioned to appeal to e-surf and e-foil enthusiasts, but it also holds significant potential in the yacht industry.

Red Dot: A coveted and esteemed award in the design industry
The Red Dot Design Award was established in 1955 in Germany. It’s one of the largest and most prestigious design competitions in the world. The entries are judged based on several criteria, including innovation, functionality, aesthetics, and ecological compatibility. SCUBAJET has a history of winning the Red Dot Design Award. In 2018, the company won the award for the first version of the Portable Series, which was designed to provide a portable and convenient way for water sports enthusiasts to enjoy their favorite activities like diving, snorkeling, stand up paddling and kayaking with jet power. The success of the Portable Series and the SCUBAJET Pro inspired the company to develop the SCUBAJET Performance Series Hybridboard.
